1 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
3-4 garlic cloves cut into small pieces
salt acc. to taste
red chilly powder acc. to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (for garnishing)
Cut arbi into long slices or you can cut in small cubes also.Then heat the pan and put garlic into it and fry till they turned to light brown color.
Then put salt,red chilly powder& tumeric and fry for 1 more min.And finally add arbi to it mixing well with the mixture .
Cook for 15-20 mins and then finally garnish it with cilantro.
**one can add malai for good taste but cook it well with all the ingredients before adding arbi.
