Falls under tahoma school district has three great elementary school that I would highly recommend looking into. As mentioned in the message above about distance from Bellevue WA. The public schools in Maple Valley are highly rated, it is known for its great schools and close community. There are 21.70 miles from Maple Valley to Seattle in northwest direction and 29 miles (46.67 kilometers) by car, following the I-5 N route. Maple Valley and Seattle are 37 minutes far apart, if you drive non-stop and Factoria is about 24 min (18.4 mi) via I-405 S and WA-169 S.
